WOW your car looks great. You spent a ton of time (and money) on this car and it turned out perfect. You did a great job on it and it really does show that you done right.

Damn...I'm not a Porsche guy, but that is really nice! And congrats to you for wrenching yourself, and putting the time in to complete your dream car...I know it makes it all the more rewarding when you have a major part in rebuilding your own car.

Enjoy it, and keep it forever!

There is a reason the 993 Turbos keep going up in $, IMO they are the best looking 911 without question. Sick car!!! Congrats!

Thanks man!

LOL, I always knew this was going to a pain in the ass...... I bought the car with Allan as it was going to be my weekend car and he would use it from time to time when he didn't want to drive one of his other cars etc. Well once we received the car in California and I started digging into it, I decided I didn't want to let it go; so I paid Allan's portion of the car off and have undertaken the build and all expenses since it arrived to us in SoCal. Hopefully that helps people understand, even though people are always going to think it's his car cause of his FB Fanboy Page LOL, but it is my special baby. I think Allan actually only drove it 2 or 3 times the first month it arrived if memory serves me right, he doesn't like climbing over the roll cage :P

Yes! I hate that stupid roll cage! Not to mention I require some modern day conveniences... like a/c! Car is looking good! Lets go for a ride later today, Ill take the Countach..you can sweat it out in the Porsche :downtown:

Who repainted your calipers and how much was it?

Thanks!

I had RDB in LA do them and to be honest they didn't prep them properly at all and are back there to fix their mistake, I had a few parts painted so I don't know how much just the calipers were themselves. Probably $100 to $150 per caliper.

Thanks for the morning porn while having my coffee.

Welcome

Great build. Not worried about the rads getting damaged with no mesh / grills to protect them?

They are actually Oil Coolers and that's the last thing on my mod list to do in the future.

I love a good DIY story! Huge props for tackling the one on your own.

Thx man!

Yeah I'm kinda sick with making things perfect, Ask Allan..... He makes fun of me for polishing my bolts lol!

Looks rubbish. Start again.
