Mako Report post Posted January 13, 2014 Does the est mean estimated or established I believe it, but I also know that first year cars like these tend be optioned-out to the max, either by the dealers themselves per allocation, or by the early adopter enthusiast buyer. It will be rare to see a 2015 Plastic mess-06 without the Z07 upgrade, which means you won't see one under $90k for a long time unless you order a "base" Plastic mess-06 car yourself...and who would do that? The Z07 stuff is the sweetness.
lambornima Report post Posted January 13, 2014 I think if all of the black areas (hood scoops, inlets, etc) are body colour, it would look much much better.

Vegasgtr Report post Posted January 13, 2014 Does the est mean estimated or established Estimate. Usually the magazine ( especially Automobile ) will be on the money. GM told them est 79k for base.
Assman Report post Posted January 13, 2014 BONE stock car They had better start discounting the shit out of the Vipers now.. They already can't sell them. After the Plastic mess-06/7 drops the vipers will become bargains.

True, like the i8 production car compared to the concept, all the good stuff will be gone.

cake Report post Posted January 14, 2014 I think if all of the black areas (hood scoops, inlets, etc) are body colour, it would look much much better. It's very "busy" - a lot going on in the design. For that reason I'd probably go with black even though I'm not one for black cars (too much upkeep). Can't wait to see one and drive one
