Tesla...

I am not sure if this is fact or an urban myth (too lazy to research now :icon_mrgreen: ) apparently there was a very comprehensive research conducted by someone (?) on a similar basis as you've described above, as comprehensive as quantifying the carbon footprint of the workers involved in manufacturing the cars and the "greenest" car on the panel worked out to be the Land Rover simply based on their "life" span, during the life expectancy of a Land Rover you'd have to scrap three Toyota Prius.

LINK - don't know if this refers to that study, but interesting nonetheless.

Elon hates undercurrent. This was his slam dunk to car and driver to shut them up. Oh, to be a billionaire with several super cool, companies.

This doesn't really add much to the thread, just something cool I witnessed the other night. I was out for a walk and saw some headlights that looked interesting coming down the road towards me. As it got closer I could make out that it was a Tesla..it must have been driving at about 30-35 MPH and As the car passed me the owner punched the gas and the tires burned out on the roll and the car took off! I was amazed that a Tesla could burn rubber by stomping on the gas while going 35 MPH.

So that's my Tesla story lol

I'm a huge Tesla fan boy, anything or anyone adding looks and performance to the brand has me very interested, so if anyone finds new tuners I would find value in the post. Here is another pic of a new front facial render.

Just make sure if you look into anyone doing any changes to the software or so called Tuning to a Tesla, that they have factory authorized approval. Steve Saleen has met with Tesla and his tune is approved by Tesla. It would be a bad day to lose your eight year, unlimited mile drivetrain warranty, over somebody messing with your software.

Scotty I actually thought of you the other day, as I remembered a post you made where you called Tesla Stock (TSLA) going over $300 this year. It has continued to climb ever since and is getting closer by the week, so if no one else noticed it, just wanted to give you props on an awesome call!!! :icon_super: :icon_super: :icon_super:

Thanks! I bought at $27, not going to sell for a while. Wait until the model X comes out early next year.

It's not cheaper, it's actually a few thousand extra, but it does make the entry-level spec much more worth considering. Just 30 miles off the range of the 85D, and 13 from the P85D.

Let me rephrase that, The D series has a cheaper version. $105 base 85D then the $75K base 70D.
