What did everybody drive before they got to the point of owning their lambo? I currently run my own business and have a big turbo mk4 supra and an r32 skyline. ive had impure thoughts of selling both and putting a fat down payment on an r35 or a gallardo, but havent pulled the trigger! Since were all car enthusiests here, what did you guys drive previously to get your fix?!

Had a Plain Jane Ford when I was young.

It was slow, handled terribly, always broke down on dates.

But it had a reaaallllly great back seat.

What kind of power is your surpa making?

Thats a totally different kind of car, i think you will miss the insane speed if you sold it for a gallardo. Unless you go huge right into a TT G.

Had an orange stock Pantera for many years, then that got a bit blah so I acquired a few modified Pantera monsters & later sold my Maserati Biturbo to get funds for the Lambo.

Lotus Elise, right now a Lotus Exige S.

next stop is a Lambo.

To this day.....nothing beats the Lotus....I've had 2 Elises, Exige S, 211, and contemplating an Evora GTS for track duty.

I really wouldn't mind having a Lotus. I sure do like them. Though I think I'd probably end up with an Esprit or a Europa.

To stay off topic, Lotus is fantastic. My folks actually have an Evora S and it drives better than anything else I have driven. Incredible car.

As far as before the Murcielago:

Countach

Do you still have the E30 M3?

Would really like to own one some day.

I came from a long line of BMW's....E46 M3, E63 M6, E60 M5....the moment they went turbo, I left.
